The Culinary Institute of America’s 19th Annual Worlds of Flavor® International Conference & Festival explored casual, upscale casual, street food and food hall casual, world casual, quality casual in food trucks, supermarkets, and home delivery services—in the aggregate, the conference presented casual food as it is igniting the passions of both consumers and professionals with a focus on freshness, flavor discovery, and food ethics.
