Focaccia Pocket Sandwiches

Chef Jake Brach, Manager of Culinary Learning and Development for Rich’s Products, shows us how to make Focaccia Pocket Sandwiches using Rich’s 12 x 16-inch pizza dough. He demonstrates several versions of sandwiches, including one stuffed with stewed Italian pork, another with sausage and greens, and a vegetarian version filled with a black bean salad.
