Pizza Rollatini

Chef Lenny Lagasse from Rich’s Products prepares a Pizza Rollatini using Rich’s fresh and ready 16-inch pizza dough. He stuffs the dough with pesto, roasted peppers, Italian cold cuts, and provolone cheese. He rolls each piece and bakes them for 12- 18 minutes. These are a great sharable appetizer or even a grab-and-go item served with marinara sauce.
